Dr. Trivedi graduated from Bishop Moore high school and went to the University of Miami. She completed her Bachelors of Science with a degree in Microbiology. After a brief period as a school teacher, she heard her calling, applied and was accepted into one of the most reputable dental schools in the nation, Boston University.
After graduation, and not satisfied with such an accomplishment, Dr. Trivedi continued her education by completing a General Practice Residency at the West Palm Beach VA further expanding her knowledge and expertise.
Dr. Trivedi is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
Dr. Trivedi continues to grow both personally and academically, providing the best in the field of dentistry. She continues to participate in numerous continuing dental education courses to bring you the most up to date in treatment planning and delivery of specialized care.

Dr. Troy Gessner was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. After graduating from Canfield High School, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Molecular Biology at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, where he also played Division III basketball. Following in his father’s footsteps, he then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Upon graduation, Dr. Gessner accepted a commission into the United States Army and completed basic training at the Army Medical Department Center of Excellence at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. To further his dental knowledge, he attended a 12-month Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Fort Benning, Georgia. Working one-on-one with specialists, Dr. Gessner was selected as the Honor Graduate of his class. He was subsequently stationed at Camp Zama, Japan for three years, serving Active Duty Military members and their families. Upon returning stateside, he served at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, treating many of our military’s top decisionmakers. After an exciting and rewarding military experience, Dr. Gessner and his wife, Katelyn, are excited to plant roots in and serve the Orlando community, where they have extended family.
Dr. Gessner is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is pursuing a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and continues to seek additional continuing education opportunities to bring you the best quality dental care possible. Looking to expand service options for his patients, Dr. Gessner has further received extensive training in dental sleep medicine, focusing on the treatment of sleep apnea.
Dr. Gessner listens carefully to his patients’ concerns, questions, wants, and needs.
